Greetings to all of you. So, I have decided to write some health tips so here it is, fruits and vegetables. To be frank, I consume fruits and vegetables everyday. It is part of my daily meals. Having parents that really do care about your daily meals sure is something new. I grew up by eating fruits and vegetables since I was 5, and my mom would stuffed all kind of fruits and vegetables in my mouth (when I was a child) and I still can remember how I would run away from her whenever she wants to feed me some goodies fruits and veges. 

OK, enough for story time. You must have heard that "An apple a day, keeps the doctors away", This is totally true as fruits play a vital role in our lives. Fruits always have been very essential in the growth and development of human life.
