Greetings to all of you. May you have a nice day ahead. I am in the midst of finishing my overdue draft posts that has been stacking up a lot lately, and this intrigued me. I guess not all of you is a workout junkie. Lets just face it, we are all pretty much doesnt think on why you should start to workout from today, right? Exercise is hard work. It is time-consuming. Your body aches for sure, but it felt good. And yet there are more reasons why people love to workout/exercise.You have been meaning to start but just have not found the right routine, or even the right exercise ways according to your preferences. This may not seem all much, but this is my thoughts on why you should start to workout today.

ONE Because it makes you happy
You will feel awesome after you exercise/workout. Immediately. Studies confirms the direct relationship between exercise and an increase in feel-good hormones #thatsgottafeelgood Other research suggests physical activity can help manage depression. See?

TWO - You can sleep better
If you can not sleep and instead are prone to tossing and turning, exercising can help you sleep better. It also promotes better quality sleep.

THREE - Workout makes your life easier
Being in shape and happier can make for a better life. So, run a little faster each day and get a little bit faster.

FOUR - You will get an energy boost
When you are feeling exhausted, the last thing you might want to do is squeeze in a workout. But, according to experts, that is exactly what you should do.

If strength training and stretching are not a part of your fitness routine, it is time to incorporate them. Strength training, whether you are doing body weight exercises, helps improve muscle strength and muscle mass, particularly important as we age.
